I just wanted to make you aware of the great service I received from your team recently.

Ash and Craig worked together to get this urgent call out resolved with Craig giving me updates outside of business hours (last call being 18.45!)

Craig worked tirelessly to get this sorted and I felt at ease knowing it was in his very capable hands. I was very impressed with his approach and full ownership of the job. I was also impressed that Dennis worked so hard to get this sorted despite there being some challenges on site.
