I’d like to give some feedback from the Team to thank your engineer for his outstanding support.

We have had on-going issues with two of our ATMs and in short he has been instrumental in finally resolving them.
He has kept in touch with our Branch Manager to ensure that the fixes that he had put in place were still working and also went out of his way on Thursday to complete the upgrade for us. This enabled us to load the machines to capacity to serve the community over this important period.

He is professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable and a credit to the company
