I fully appreciate the work the service desk guys have to do (I used to coordinate with the sites directly in the legacy ShopperTrak days) and Chris is always faultlessly professional, considerate, polite and helpful when dealing with problems and finding solutions. I have hugely enjoyed working with J Brand in general and Chris in particular and have been so impressed by how he’s coped with the immense workload, especially in recent weeks. It’s been an incredible help to me. You have a really top bloke there and he represents your business in the best possible light that anyone could. He knows our systems intimately therefore supporting them comes so naturally to him.
