Thank you for talking earlier – let’s talk about Ashley for a moment. This man never ceases to amaze me… from successful field engineer to office based support, there doesn’t seem to be an single problem he isn’t willing to sink his teeth into and solve one way or the other. We are incredibly impressed with his performance this week already and it’s only Tuesday! His willingness to just get on and call stores I really appreciate. He knows our systems intimately therefore supporting them comes so naturally to him.

Just a quick message of thanks regarding Adam Pengelly. I was on site and had issues gaining comms via local switch fibre ports. Adam suggested me using a spare RFS4000 I had in my car, with an Extreme SFP. Had not thought of doing this so hats off to him, good work much appreciated!
